SALES POLICY

This Sales Policy outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing event equipment and accessories from us, whether through our online platform, sales representatives, or physical location.
Scope of Sales
We offer for sale a range of professional event equipment including but not limited to:
- Lighting systems
- Trussing and staging equipment
- LED screens and projectors
- Event power solutions
- Related accessories and consumables
Sales are available to both individual and corporate customers.
Order Process
Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp line, email, or directly with our sales team.
All orders must include full customer details, delivery location, and item specifications (model, quantity, etc.).
An official invoice or pro forma invoice will be issued once the order is confirmed.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required before any item is shipped or picked up.
For bulk or special orders, part payment may be accepted, with the balance payable on or before delivery.
Accepted payment methods:

Online payment via approved gateways
NOTE: Payment confirmation is required before processing your order.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery is available nationwide and may attract additional logistics fees, depending on location and item size.
Customers can also arrange self-pickup from our warehouse or office.
Estimated delivery time will be communicated at the point of order.
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring someone is available to receive the order
Warranty & Product Support
Most new equipment comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, typically ranging from 3 to 12 months, depending on the product.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to:
- Physical damage
- Improper installation or use
- Water or fire damage
- Power surge or misuse
Technical support is available via our Support service or on-site servicing at extra cost.
Returns & Exchanges
We allow returns or exchanges within 24 hours of purchase only if:
- The product is unused and in original packaging
- There is a proven defect or damage upon delivery
Custom orders are non-refundable unless agreed in writing.
Return shipping is at the customer’s cost stated otherwise.
Cancellation Policy
Orders canceled before payment or within 24 hours after payment if the order has not shipped, maybe approved for refund.
A cancellation fee may apply if processing or procurement has already begun.
Refunds if applicable will be processed within 3–7 working days.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Delays caused due logistics challenge
- Installation issues due to improper use or third-party technicians
- Consequential damages arising from product failure or event disruption

RENTAL POLICY

Agreement Overview
This Rental policy gudies between the renter and Ova lighting. By renting any event equipment, the Renter agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Rental Duration
Minimum rental period is 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed. All rentals are due after 24 hours unless otherwise approved. Any equipment returned late will be charged an additional day of rental for each day the equipment is not returned.
Late return of items will incur additional charges per day or per hour as specified in the invoice.
Rentals With Support
Online Technical Support: We provide remote guidance via phone for troubleshooting, setup assistance, or real-time usage advice when needed.
On-Site Technician Support: Includes the provision of qualified technicians to oversee equipment setup, live operation, and breakdown at your event location at an extra cost.
Booking and Payment
Full payment is required to secure equipment.
Your booking slip is tp be displayed upon delivery/pickup.
Accepted payment methods: [Wallet payment, Transfer].
In case of unavailability after booking, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of 20% is required before delivery or pickup.
A security deposit amounting to 20% of your rental order value is required and must be funded into your account wallet during or after checkout.
Deposit is refunded within 1–5 business days after equipment is returned in good condition.
Delivery and Pickup
Delivery and pickup services are available upon request and may incur additional charges.
In cases where the delivery address is an event venue, the renter is responsible for ensuring that the location is accessible and prepared to receive the equipment at the agreed delivery time.
A valid booking slip or confirmation must be presented before any equipment is released.
Failure to receive the equipment within the agreed delivery window may result in additional logistics charges or rescheduling of the delivery at the renter’s expense.
Equipment Use and Responsibility
The renter is obligated to operate and handle the equipment in a safe and responsible manner, ensuring it is used in accordance with all usage guidelines
Relocation of equipment from the initial setup location is strictly prohibited without the company’s prior approval.
The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment from the time of delivery until it is returned to the company.
Any damage, loss, or theft of equipment will be charged to the renter at the full cost of repair or replacement, as applicable.
Damage or Loss
The renter shall inspect all equipment upon delivery or pickup and confirm that it is received in good condition. Incases of any existing damage or issues it must be reported immediately.
Any missing, damaged, or non-returned item(s) will be billed to the Renter at current market value.
Do not expose electronic equipment to water, fire, or misuse.
Cancellations and Refunds
In the event of a cancellation, request must be submitted at least one month prior to the rental date to be eligible for a full refund.
If an order is cancelled, not picked up, or cannot be fulfilled, and the status is confirmed, the renter may reschedule at an additional cost or apply the payment as credit toward a future booking.
Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit deposit or incur a cancellation fee.
Liability and Indemnity
Renter assumes all responsibility for the safety of persons and property in relation to the use of the rented equipment.
The Company shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the misuse of rented gear.
Ownership
All rented equipment remains the sole property of OVA LIGHTING. Renter has no right to sell, lease the equipment in any way.
